| Meetings are on the third Saturday of each month, usually at a member's home at 6:00 p.m. Restaurant meetings are at 6:30 p.m. When we go to wineries, we go at different times, usually in the early afternoon. Contact us for directions and to let us know you are coming (we need a head count for food). The Tentative Schedule of Events for 2008 listed below. In order to accommodate more people, meetings will not always be held on a Saturday, but will be on the weekends listed as follows. As usual, email with specific details for each meeting will be sent out one to two weeks prior to the meeting. The NTWG is planning to follow the new Cross Timbers Wine Trail throughout the year. • May 17: CHANGE IN VENU. We have had a difficult time with a meeting location this month due to conflicting plans for the 17th and then the long weekend on the 24th. Alice and Eual D have agreed to host the meeting on SATURDAY, MAY 17 AT 6:30 PM at the following location: 121 Paradise Cove, Shady Shores Never been to a meeting? Here is the drill, use the contact page and let us know your planning on attending and to get directions. Alice plans to grill chicken, sausage,and pork chops. Bring a side dish to share, your wine glass and of course any wine you have laying around to share too! • June 21: TBA • July 19: Rich E., Fairview • August 16: Brushy Creek Vineyards, Alvord • September: Weinhof Winery, Forestburg and Oak Creek Cellars, Saint Jo • October: Danielle W., Dallas • November: Steve and Karen E., Dallas • December: Vinnie’s Italian Ristorante, Lewisville Check back often as this schedule is being revised as to places and topics of meetings. Sun., March 16: Windy Creek Vineyards, Sanger – Pruning and Planting Demonstration and of course some good food and wine!!
